Oct 23: Bethany School, Sulantu, West Bengal, celebrated the operatic closing ceremony of the Platinum Jubilee of Bethany Educational Society on Thursday, 14th September 2023. The event was held at the school auditorium and was attended by the management, staff, students and parents. The legacy of the Bethany Educational Society for 75 years was retold in the beautiful programme that was staged by the students with love and fervor.
The Chief Guest for the day, Mr. Debabrata Jana, B. D. O of Purbasthali-1 stressed on the importance of education and the role of the school in shaping the future of the nation. He congratulated Bethany Educational Society on their Platinum Jubilee. Sr Premitha, the Principal of the school welcomed the gathering while Sr Lavina Dsouza, the Local Manager acknowleged the presence of each one gracefully.
The guests of honour were Sr. Ruth Mao, B.S, the Provincial Councillor and Mr Mithun Kumar Ghosh , O.C of Nadanghat Police station. Parents were invited to comprehend the magestic and colourful performances. The program was a huge success and was enjoyed by all. It was a celebration of the school’s rich history and its commitment in providing quality education to every student under the banner of Bethany Educational Society.
