March 11: "Each time a woman stands up for herself she stands up for all women"
It was a memorable day on 9 March 2019 as we celebrated Mother's Day in our Institution. Overwhelmed with joy the mothers of our students, gathered in the auditorium. A song was played expressing the greetings of International Women's Day. Mrs Irene Rebello, a reputed Counsellor was the resource person, touched the feelings and hearts of each mother, while she spoke with them the qualities of a good mother and invited them to be positive in their attitude. Sr Rekha Lobo, the local manager of the Institute, in her message appreciated the motherhood by narrating the story of "Punnyakoti". Ms Jennifred conducted the American Housie Housie and Sr Lavita the Headmistress honoured them with a gift. Ms Prathima Moras introduced the Resource person, Ms Joyce anchored the programme and Ms Sonia profusely thanked everyone for making this day a colorful one.
