Dec 16: November 7th and 8th were the day of memory and a celebration for Bethany EM High School, Uppudi where Sr Mariette BS, the Secretary of BES Mangalore along with Sr Roselyta BS, the Treasurer of BES and Sr Jaysheela BS, the former Subcommittee member of Southern Province inspected our school. It was indeed a new experience for the students and teachers of Bethany at Uppudi. It began with an assembly conducted by the students of class 5th on the theme “Communion Collaboration and Team Spirit”. Sr Mariette BS interacted with the students and met every staff individually, inspected every class rooms and made us to be more enthusiastic and committed in our teaching.
She highlighted the excellent academic achievements of Kumari Poornima who have brought laurels to this institution securing 100/100 and honoured her with a shawl, shield and flowers .
During the staff meeting she appreciated and thanked the teachers for their services that they do to the humanity through Bethany and she did give some suggestion in order to be more creative and effective in our teaching.
