Earth Day and Every Day is a time to act to protect our planet.
June 21 :To demonstrate support for environmental protection, 'Earth Day' was celebrated on April 22 in school premises with the belief that 'Earth Day' is a time to celebrate gains we have made and create new visions to accelerate environmental progress. The intercom assembly hosted by the activity in charges began with an enlightening speech of Ms Shelly Garg mentioning how small endeavours could make a big difference. Ms Seema Devi’s stimulating verse on 'Mother Earth' in her euphonious voice mesmerized all present in the campus and prompted to act as environmental stewards. The valiant new High School Council volunteered themselves to be a part of this momentous day despite the lockdown and created a meaningful online assembly. They took 'Go Green' pledge to engage the whole school community to commend support; exhibited the best ‘Badges’ and ‘Slogans’ made by the students; expressed their gratitude towards the authorities.
Faculty members attired in 'green and blue' and the medley of activities were quite instrumental in disseminating the message of assimilating our natural resources and using them judiciously by rekindling emotive concerns.
