To kick start a new academic year of coloration of parents and teachers Bethany English Medium High School organized Annual General Body Meeting on Saturday 25th June 2022. For a plant to grow, water and manure are required in similarly Childs growth parents teachers play a vital role. Symbolically a plant was depicted and nurtured to mark the beginning of the program. Prayer dance was done by the students. Headmistress Sr. Veena Dsouza escorted the dignitaries on to the dais and welcomed the gathering. Dr. Vidhya Vinutha was welcomed with a floral tribute by Sr. Marie Lyta. Sr. Veena Dsouza then briefed the parents with the significance of the year 2022-23. Dr. Vidhya Vinutha who spoke on the theme “Parenting an art” she drew the attention of parents on the importance of mental health of a child. She urged parents to follow a few steps like spending quality time with children, avoiding indulgent parenting. The vice secretary of PTA Mrs. Anitha Flavy Dsouza read out the report of the previous year. Mrs Yashomathi compeered the Annual General Meeting. Parent Teachers meeting offered a great opportunity for both the teachers and the parents to work for the betterment of the child.
