July 02: June 5th is known as the Environment Day in our Country. Knowing the urgency of saving the Environment we the staff and students of Jyothi campus organized a combined programme in the campus. Students and staff of Jyothi Primary school, Jyothi Kannada High School and Jyothi English Medium School gathered together to celebrate the day. Indeed it was a day to celebrate. A group of “Haier” joined hands to make the day more meaningful. ‘Care for the Earth’ being their motto they made it meaningful. Students enacted the base realities of using plastic. A dance from the students and a song by the staff of all the schools was presented. New plants were planted. The day looked green.
