March 05: A seminar on Value Education was held in Bethany English Medium Higher Primary School to emphasize the importance of moral values in students lives. The event aimed to instill ethical principles, good character, and a sense of responsibility among students.
Students from classes 1st to 4th actively participated in the Value Education Day. The program commenced with an inaugural speech by Mrs. Dayavathi and Mrs. Asha, who emphasized the significance of value-based education in shaping individuals and society.
The guest of honor for the event was Rev. Fr Richard D’Souza, Assistant Parish Priest of Sacred Heart Church, Surathkal. The seminar began with a welcome speech by Mrs. Teena, who highlighted the importance of values in shaping an individual's personality and future. The Headmistress gave a warm floral welcome to the guest.
The session opened with a prayer by the 7th-grade girls, invoking God's blessings. Students from classes 5th to 7th actively participated in the program.
The seminar featured an engaging session on the value of life, leadership, and how to achieve success in life, among other topics.
Value Education Day was a successful initiative that instilled a sense of responsibility and ethical awareness in the students. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mariyam Fida.
