Jan 09: The Annual Day of St. Joseph’s High School, Kankanady, was celebrated on 14th December 2024 at 2:30 PM in the school auditorium. The program was presided over by the Deputy Secretary of Bethany Education, Rev. Sr. Cecilia Mendonca. Mr Naveen Pereira, the Convenor of Poetica, and Mrs. Vitalia Monteiro, the Proprietor of Seva Meals, were the Chief Guests of the day.
The program began with an invocation, followed by the Headmistress, Mrs. Sylvia Gretta D’Souza, presenting the 2024-25 report through a Power Point Presentation. The cultural program included a dance, a moral skit, English and Hindi skits, a ban on plastic skit, songs, and a pyramid formation.
Mrs Marina Mascarenhas compered the event, while Mrs Reena Saldanha extended a warm welcome to the guests. The vote of thanks was proposed by Mrs Jacintha Pereira, bringing the event to a close.
