Jan 28: January 23rd is an auspicious and unforgettable day for the Bethany family, as it marks the birth anniversary of our beloved Founder, Servant of God Raymond Francis Camillus Mascarenhas.
This year, the occasion was even more special as we celebrated his 150th birth anniversary. With gratitude and honor, the staff and students of St Raymond English Medium Higher Primary School, Vamanjoor gathered in front of his statue to commemorate the event. The celebration began with the cutting of a cake, followed by singing a heartfelt birthday song and offering our love and respect in his honor.
The Headmistress, Sr. Lavita, addressed the gathering with an inspiring message: "Know the Founder and live in his footprints." These words resonated deeply in our hearts, reminding us to walk in his path of dedication and service.
