Jan 20, 21: Sr Rose Margret the Superior of Sacred Heart Convent School, Barnala & the coordinator at the school was the resource person for the students of classes VII and VIII to endues a workshop on stress management and the importance of prayer and meditation. It was indeed very good and beneficial.
