May 21: On 03.05.2018 A health campaign for eradication of Measles and Rubella has been initiated by the Central and State Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in association with WHO and UNICEF. The main aim of this is to eliminate measles and control Rubella in the age group 9 months to 15 years.
The immunization of drive was carried out with the help of parents, society and school. The team of doctors included Dr Pardeep Mohindra senior medical officer and Dr Rashpal Singh. A single dose was administrated, it was free of cost and is safe.
