“The harder you work for something, the greater you’ll feel when you achieve it.” This is the feeling of St Joseph’s Eng. Med. Hr. Pry School, K. R. Nagar, Mysuru. Who has won the overall championship to the school at the zonal level as well as Taluk Level.
Every play became a chance for glory, as our 94 students stepped onto the field with confidence, ready to make their mark at the zonal level. In addition, at the taluk level 42 students showed us that playing with heart is what defines a true sports spirit. Boys secured first place in throw ball and 2nd in volleyball and girls gained first place in throwball and volleyball as well as 2nd place Kho Kho. Futhermore, athlets also made their presence felt by obtaining many prizes. This spirit created the legends and memories to be cherished in our institution.
Our young star, Kubera from the VII standard, has brought immense pride to our school. He clinched first place in both the 100 meters and 200 meters at the zonal level, earning the title of individual champion and qualifying for the taluk-level competitions in both categories. Additionally, his team triumphed in the 4x100 relay, and Kubera, along with his teammates, achieved victory in throwball at both the zonal and taluk levels, progressing to the district level. In total, he secured 15 models to his glory and admiration, reflecting his dedication and excellence.
He and his teammates’ determination led to great victories in athletics and group events, bringing laurels to our school. This story is a testament to the fact that “success is not an accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, and above all, love for what we are doing.”
