St Joseph’s High School, K.R. Nagar
St Joseph’s High School was opened with a new block in 2004 under the leadership of Sr Amy (2004-2006) in response to the request of the people specially the poor of the locality. Thereafter Sr Sharlet Rodrigues (2006-2008) and on Sr Trina (2008-2014) shouldered the responsibility of guiding and leading the able band of teachers to give value based education and to bring out the best in children. Every year the school secured 100% academic achievement. Talents were exhibited on various occasions. Team spirit was shown in games such as volley ball, throw ball, Science exhibition, quiz, drawing competitions etc. Catechism and Moral Science are given importance to; BES Core Values are upheld in all circumstances. CCTV is installed in the school. The School is recognized for it’s academic as well as co-curricular activities producing doctors, engineers and able politicians as well as good hearted citizens.
In the year 2014 Sr Flossy began to shoulder the responsibility of extending God’s Kingdom through Education and other activities. At present the strength of High School is 460. The Institution is alert to give Transformation Education for Fullness of Life. May the Institution achieve its goal through the intercession of St Joseph - the patron of the School.
