June 19: The academic year 2024-2025 started from 31-05-2024. School reopening day is a day of freshness with new hopes for both teachers and students. All the teachers enthusiastically decorated the school entrance and notice board with warm welcome quotes.
On 31-05-2024 the new students of grade 8 were welcomed by the band followed by the school assembly. Sir Jimmy D’Souza welcomed Headmistress Sr. Sujatha J, Sir Prasanna Joshi, students and teachers. Prayer service was led by the grade 9 and grade 10 students seeking gods blessings throughout the new academic year. The verses from Bhagvadgita, Holy Bible and Kuran were read and explained by the students.
As education is meant for taking us from darkness to light, symbolizing the same all the teachers along with few students lit the lamp with a melodious song sung by Sir Jimmy D’Souza. Sir Rajesh D’Souza briefed about the rules and regulations of the school.
Sr. Sujatha J addressed the gathering with a motivational speech to the students, encouraging them to grow academically. She also welcomed the students and wished them good luck. Sir Jimmy D’Souza proposed the vote of thanks.
